Painting stage

The outside air is drawn into the ventilation unit passing through the pre-filtering system. It is hated by neat exchanger, conveyed to the plenum and after passing through the filtering
ceiling, enters in the behind side of the booth.
The air in the booth let the painting room in over-pressure, go on the wall of the room and
all round of pieces's surface.

The air currents go from top to the bottom, reverse the current and go with the horizontal
direction on all the room, drag the painted parts to the filtering wall, which is positioned on the bottom or on the right and left side opposite to the inlet side.

The dry extraction unit filters the air of foreign particles and cleans it through the dry filter and in case, trough the active carbon cartridges.
