Load carriers

Load carriers are designed to meet the needs of handling and moving parts during drying and industrial coating processes, both for liquid and powder coatings. Made with a sturdy steel structure, they are equipped with swivelling metal wheels for optimal manoeuvrability, even in complex work environments. The cart's support system is available with a fixed width or adjustable extensions to ensure a versatile support base, suitable for different load sizes. Additionally, the upper hanging system is sliding and adjustable, allowing for simple and quick adaptation to various types of objects to be transported.

Customizable transport cart

The load carrier can be fully customized to meet the specific requirements of each coating system. It can be tailored based on the dimensions of the parts to be transported and the load requirements.

Upon request, the cart can also be supplied in a demountable version for easy storage and transport after use. In particular, we offer both standard and special carts to cover a wide range of applications.

Standard Cart

Load capacity: up to 500 kg
Features:
• Length upon request: from 2,000 to 3,000 mm (max)
• Maximum height: 3,000 mm
• Adjustable support base: from 600 mm to 1,100 mm

Load capacity:
• Long parts up to 7 meters, max 200 kg per item (1 item per side)
• Short parts (internal cart length minus 200 mm), maximum 500 kg (either one central part or small central parts with evenly distributed weight)

Special Cart

Load capacity: up to 1,000 kg
Features:
• Designed for very heavy loads
• Ensures safe and efficient handling of large parts

Load capacity:
These carts can be used to hang parts up to 7 meters long, with the possibility of hanging one part per side or two parts per side, depending on requirements.
