Static ovens

The static ovens by Linea Eco Air are designed for the drying and curing/baking phases of both powder and liquid paints, including water-based coatings up to 95°C.
Drying ovens are used to dry parts that have been previously washed in a washing booth or pretreatment tunnel; curing or baking ovens, on the other hand, are used to cure coating products. Both static drying and curing ovens are designed to reach high temperatures up to 350°C.

Energy efficiency and versatility

To meet the various needs of our customers, our ovens can be powered by diesel, methane, LPG, hot water, steam, or electricity. All ovens are designed to ensure maximum energy savings.
Additionally, curing and baking ovens are equipped with closing doors to minimize heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.

Advanced technologies and sustainability

Our ovens are designed to meet the requirements of “Industry 4.0” and “Industry 5.0” projects, allowing customers to benefit from related tax incentives.
The air recirculation fans ensure optimal airflow between the heat generator and the oven chamber, where the parts to be treated pass through. This improves heat exchange and reduces energy consumption.
The ovens are equipped with a bottom-up air supply system and top-side air extraction, which prevent hot air stratification and ensure uniform internal temperatures for optimal paint curing. This configuration also allows for a solid, walkable floor that facilitates maintenance operations.

Robust and safe structure

The construction system used in our ovens eliminates thermal bridges to the exterior and ensures even heat distribution, also thanks to optional air distribution plenums and internal air ducts.

Extractor fans guarantee the necessary air exchange to maintain the ideal internal environment, ensuring perfect and safe curing and baking.
The control panel automatically manages the ignition and shutdown of burners, heaters, and fans, maintaining a constant temperature. In case of anomalies, a safety thermostat shuts down the devices to prevent damage.

The oven’s load-bearing structure is made of aluminium tubing (only for ovens up to 120°C) and double galvanized sheet panels with basalt rock wool insulation. The entry and exit doors are built with sturdy aluminium frames, hinges, and trolleys, ensuring durability for any oven type.
